Refund Policy

If you have purchased credits and have not consumed any of them, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Contact us with your order ID and email address.

Once any credits from a purchase have been consumed (i.e., at least one chapter has been generated), refunds are granted at our discretion. We will consider refund requests if:

• The Service malfunctioned and failed to generate readable chapter content, and we are unable to resolve the issue through support.
• There was a billing error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount).
• You were charged but credits were never added to your account.

Partial refunds are calculated based on the original purchase price minus the proportional cost of consumed credits.

The 3 free credits included with the Free tier are complimentary and have no cash value. They are not eligible for refunds.

3. Briefly describe the reason for the request.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or the card used via LemonSqueezy).
• Processing may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
• Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are not reimbursable by us.
• Upon refund, any remaining credits from the refunded purchase will be deducted from your account.

If you initiate a chargeback through PayPal or your bank before contacting our support team, we reserve the right to suspend your account. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly.
