If you have purchased credits and have not consumed any of them, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Contact us with your order ID and email address.
Once any credits from a purchase have been consumed (i.e., at least one chapter has been generated), refunds are granted at our discretion. We will consider refund requests if:
Partial refunds are calculated based on the original purchase price minus the proportional cost of consumed credits.
The 3 free credits included with the Free tier are complimentary and have no cash value. They are not eligible for refunds.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
If you initiate a chargeback through PayPal or your bank before contacting our support team, we reserve the right to suspend your account. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly.
